Sunday and Monday

Well Colorado does not disappoint....rain, hail, wind and snow were all factors of the weekend. We stayed outta the snow. The boys went Jeeping up by Loveland. They saw the snow. Dave stayed home. Probably a good thing as those boys rock climb in jeeps and do some crazy stuff! Only on dented door this trip.

We had a easy day Sunday and watched the rain after sleeping in. We finished planning our long trip and making the final campground reservations.

Kira made pulled pork and yummy beans. We had a good dinner and then the playing cards came out!

We started with 31 and moved to Black Jack. What fun we had with all these crazy boys. They are definitely entertaining. We bet big money with our starlight mints we played with. Dave was the big winner!

Always fun. Nice that Kira and Brian have a house where all these kids feel comfortable hanging out.

Monday was a day of getting some things done. We cleaned and did laundry at Dan's! Had to after all the mud the last few days. Grateful for all the great camping places.

We met my Brother and his girlfriend Lisa in Louisville for brunch Saturday. Great little place called Home Cooking. We had a great visit.

The fields and farms are so green from all the rain. Beautiful drives. The growth is sad. So many things replaced by homes.

We sure enjoyed our time.

We finished the weekend with some good ole Kentucky fried chicken. To cold and wet to BBQ. The boys of course kept us laughing. Garrett's hats compliments of dollar tree, no girls in the House but he had it!!!

Mason got our hub caps all matching again. Professional job I must say!

Georgia had a great time playing with her new friend Cleo. However she put her head through the screen and we had to order a dog grate for the camper door. We sure got lots of work done while we were there. Thanks, Fan Brian, Mason and Garret.
