5/16&17 Graduation

Alex Nass, you are the reason we are we are spending this week in Falcon! What an accomplishment you have made. You were always the teachers favorite, you were kind and a well ❤️‍🩹 behaved student. You learn visually and once you found Culinary program you Excelled and became a top student. Grades and success. You even wore the honor rope!

The graduation ceremony was very nice and such a nice reading about you from your teacher. Proud to be your Auntie. Dave and I love you so much.

We spent Thursday getting food and decorations prepared for the big graduation. Family and friends arrived from out of town.

Friday graduation day! Alex looked beautiful. We had to go into Colorado Springs to a hotel for the ceremony. Small class of 36. They did a very nice job recognizing each student. Many of these kids needed this small caring school to be successful. Kids leaving with business, construction, culinary and other professional skills. Blessed to have been able to see the success.

We came home and had a great Taco bar. We enjoyed family and close friends. The wind however has kept it cool and a bit hard to be outside.

Saturday we busted butt to get everything done. Planning to be outside meant anchoring thugs down. It did calm down by party time. A house full of guests. So nice to catch up with everyone. So many people to show our love for a pretty amazing you lady. Nice to meet so many new people as well.

Today is Sunday. We all slept in, enjoying a jammies and homeless clothes. Eating left over pulled pork and a movie.

A cold front of wind and rain is heard in so it's going to be a movie and blanket day.

Isiah's family brought Alex a pinata! What fun that was and the only pictures we really have!
